How We Started
With over 50 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, the Billingham family has built a long-standing name in the business. Paul Billingham, one of the original founders of the Keller Williams franchise in New Mexico, and his son, Travis, who got started in the industry while earning a business degree, have built a reputation for excellent service and amazing results, so much so that those qualities have become synonymous with the name Billingham.
After deciding to expand the business to New England, Travis is now growing the Luxury brand in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, supported by our director of NE Operations, Meghan Welsh.
The New Mexico division is run by husband and wife Ryan and Megan Baca. Greg Merrill, Tegan Lovato, and Les Smith play a vital role in helping our buyers and sellers in the area supported by our wonderful director of NM operations, Cori Parker. Paul still serves many families there also, while making sure the market center is led properly.
